Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh today informed the house that a detailed DPR has been prepared to segregate 11KV feeders from 1X6.3 MVA Minji in Gramthang of Kargil.Responding to a calling attention notice by Asgar Ali Karbalie, Minister said a DPR amounting to Rs 42.44 lakh has been prepared for segregation of 11kV feeders from 1x6.3 MVA Minji (Gramthang) receiving station to Trespone, Trambis and Kanoor villages of Kargil to improve the power supply to these areas besides minimizing the interruption level to permissible limit.He informed the House that the DPR has been submitted by Chief Engineer, EM&RE Wing Ladakh and is being processed for Techno Economic Clearance (TEC).Deputy Chief Minister assured that the works on this project including release of funds shall be expedited and the work will be taken up on priority.
