A meeting of the Committee on Ethics of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was held here today under the Chairmanship of MLA, Abdul Rahim Rather.Threadbare discussions were held on various issues including Code of Conduct of the members of Legislative Assembly, besides ethical values of the members.Legislators, Ghulam Mohammad Saroori, Abdul Majid Larmi, Raja Manzoor Ahmed, Syed Mohammad Baqir Rizvi, and Er Abdul Rashid attended the meeting. The members of the Committee also highlighted the issues faced by them.The Chairman sought views and suggestions with regards issues from the members as early as possible so that the same will be incorporated in the final report of the Committee. The Committee decided that  it will conduct study tour of Parliament and Legislative Assemblies of southern states of the Country to know about the working of respective Assemblies. It was also decided that it will also met with the Governor, CM and  Ex CM before the commencement of next Assembly Session. Among others, Secretary Legislative Assembly, M R Singh and other officers of Assembly Secretariat attended the meeting.
