Several deputations from Anantnag, adjoining areas meet Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti

Several deputations and individuals from various parts of Anantnag district today called on the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti here today and brought their problems into her notice.A deputation of transporters sought construction of a separate enclosure for them in the town for their smooth functioning and minimizing frequent traffic congestions.A deputation from Dangerpora sought development of a park in the area. Another deputation from Nathpora village also demanded development of park near the Pushwara bridge and construction of flood protection works nearby.A deputation from Takia Behram Shah sought completion of works on the local playfield and the local ziyarat. Another deputation from Duni Chak, Anzulla demanded renovation of the local shrine and its inclusion in the religious tourist map.Deputations of Boatman colony and sweepers of local Municipal Committee sought redressal of their grievances.Deputations of people from Deva Colony, Reshi Bazar, Lazibal, Dialgam, Ka’aba Marg and other areas also met the Chief Minister and demanded redressal of their grievances.Mehbooba Mufti assured the deputations to look into their issues and take appropriate measures for redressal of the same.
