District Administration, Rajouri has notified schedule for availability of Patwaris at designated places in Patwar Halqas two days a week for providing basic revenue services to people. Names, contact numbers, days of sitting and places of offices have been notified for convenience of general public.According to District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, schedule of Patwaris has been notified for 13 Tehsils in an endeavor to provide hassle free basic revenue services like Revenue Extracts and field reports, and to ensure that time of general public is saved with prior information of availability of revenue officials on designated days.In Tehsil Nowshera patwaris will be available on every Monday and Thursday, in Tehsil Tryath on Wednesday and Thursday , in Tehsils Darhal, Khwas and Manjakote on Monday and Thursday, in Rajouri on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday as per Halqa wise schedule.
Thanamandi Tehsil will have separate days for all Patwaris; Tehsil Qila Darhal on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, in Sunderbani on Wednesday and Thursday, in Koteranka Tehsil on Friday and Saturday, in Tehsil Beripattan on Tuesday andThursday, in Tehsil Siot they will be available on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday, in Kalakote Tehsil on Tuesday and Thursday.A central control room in office of Deputy Commissioner will monitor the availability of the field revenue officials and complaints in case of absence of officials as per notified schedule can be made to 01962-262244 or on WhatsApp numbers 8803797160 and 9419125267.The availability of Patwaris will be monitored by DC, Addl DC, ACR, SDMs and Tehsildars. Random inspections will be conducted by supervisory officers in field offices. General public has been advised to approach the field offices on designated dates and days for availing services. Patwaris have been directed to ensure prompt and hassle-free service delivery.
