Member Legislative Assembly, Javed Ahmed Rana chaired the meeting of Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) of Sub District Hospital Mendhar here today.The meeting was attended by SDM, Rahul Yadav, BMO, Dr. Zulfkar Choudhary, members of RKS beside ASHA workers.MLA took a comprehensive review of the functioning of the institution and asked the hospital administration to ensure availability of medicines and proper medicare to the patients. Other issues like power and water supply, cleanliness, drainage and sanitation etc in the institution were also discussed in details. He also reviewed the progress of works of health institutions at Dhargloon, Salwa, Ghani and Chungaan and directed the concerned executing agencies to take adequate steps to expedite these works.The MLA handed over three Ambulances including a Critical Care Ambulance (CCA) to the health authorities. Two Ambulances, one each for Chatral and Bharuti, have been provided by the MLA out of his Constituency Development Fund. Mr. Rana assured the hospital administration that requisite steps will be taken to equip the health institutions with all modern facilities and upgraded infrastructure. He impressed upon the authorities to put in sincere and dedicated efforts to provide better medicare to the ailing.
