Members of Legislative Assembly today raised issues of public importance during Zero hour.Pawan Kumar Gupta said the Government should take opposition viewpoint seriously and demanded for running the current session for 100 days.Shah Mohammad Tantray sought implementation of recommendations of delimitation commission before holding the Panchayat elections in the State as already committed by the Government during last Assembly session.Hakeem Mohammad Yasin demanded ex-gratia relief and job to the next of kin of a youth who died in district Budgam recently.Mohammad Akbar Lone sought immediate release of compensation in favor of left-out families affected due to 2014 floods in his constituency. He also pleaded for early release of 2nd installment of relief in favor of 2014 flood victims of the Valley.Neelam Kumar Langeh demanded immediate repair and renovation of damaged transformers in his constituency. He also pleaded for immediate filling of medical and paramedical vacancies in all health institutions of Ramban constituency including technical staff for proper functioning of CT scan and blood bank.Bashir Ahmed Dar called for immediate restoration of power supply and roads in far-flung areas of Kupwara district damaged due to recent snowfall.Asgar Ali Karbalie highlighted the issues of his constituency and demanded proper power supply during winter months to district Kargil.Mubarak Gul called for Indo-Pak dialogue and urged center to talk to all stakeholders in Jammu and Kashmir including separatists.Dr Gagan Bhagat pleaded for immediate felling of forest trees as already clarified in the forest advisory committee on the land required for construction of road falling in his constituency to facilitate early implementation of the project. 

Yawar Dilawar Mir demanded waiving off Kisan Credit Card loans of the farmers affected by 2014 floods.Raja Manzoor Ahmed demanded New Type Primary Health Centre in Mandiya and Jamugund villages of his constituency Karnah.  Aijaz Ahmad Khan also raised issues of public importance and demanded immediate release of compensation in favor of the land owners who had donated land for construction of road projects in Gool-Arnas Constituency.Abdul Majid Larmi pleaded for release of compensation in favor of the families including Fayaz Ahmad Dar s/o Abdul Rehman Dar whose property was damaged during the summer unrest in Homshalibugh constituency.Sat Paul Sharma sought Rs 10 lakh compensation for next of the kin of Chamail Singh and Sarabjeet Singh who were killed in a Pakistan jail.    Mohammad Amin Bhat pleaded for timely completion of enquiry ordered by the Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam into the killing of 6 persons including a woman and a girl during summer unrest. He also sought a probe into the killing of Forest and Fisheries Guard by a Supreme Court Judge. Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar demanded repair and renovation of transformers damaged in district Ganderbal in a time bound manner.Aijaz Ahmad Mir pleaded for opening of Veterinary Centres in his Constituency.Dr Krishen Lal called for early issuance of new ration cards in his Constituency. He also demanded for preparation of Adhaar Cards of the left out of people in the area.

G M Saroori demanded timely supply of ration to his constituency and also pleaded for immediate inclusion of 10000 left out souls in their respective ration cards.Shamima Firdous urged the government to announce winter vacations for Kashmir University as has been done for Colleges. She said the students of KU are facing great hardships due to harsh weather conditions. Anjum Fazili while raising her issue during Zero Hour complimented the Government for starting the Water Supply Scheme Sukhnag. She also demanded immediate commissioning of Water Supply Scheme Tangdhar.Dalip Singh Parihar demanded improvement of power scenario and road connectivity in his constituency.Deldan Namgiyal demanded early posting of Sub Divisional Magistrate Nubra. He also pleaded for separate district for Nubra.Javaid Ahmad Rana demanded immediate repair and renovation of 132 KV line to restore electricity supply to his constituency.  

Usman Abdul Majid demanded judicial probe into summer unrest in Kashmir Valley.Er Abdul Rashid demanded construction of tunnel on Mughal Road, Kishtwar-Sinthan road and Bandipora-Gurez road to make these vital links as all weather roads.Rajesh Gupta demanded timely supply of ration to Jammu East Constituency. He also pleaded for release of pending ration quota in favor of the consumers.Ch. Qamar Hussain said that the students are suffering very badly due to shortage of teaching staff in all educational institutions of border areas of his constituency and demanded early posting of teachers in these schools.Shakti Raj Parihar drew the attention of the government towards the elements who according to him have hatched a   conspiracy to disrupt peaceful atmosphere in Doda district.Abdul Majid Padder demanded timely repair and renovation of damaged Transformers in his constituency.Rajeev Sharma pleaded for reviewing compensation, relief to be given to the families affected due to unrest in the Valley. Jiwan Lal demanded immediate restoration of power supply to his constituency which was disrupted due to recent snowfall.
