The Punjab Deputy Chief Minister, Sukhbir Singh Badal today said that the SAD-BJP government has effected record development in the state during past 9 years. He also said that this developmental wave was non-existent in the tenure of congress party which was in power for most of the time during 60 years. The Deputy Chief Minister also said that the SAD-BJP would form the government in the state for the third consecutive time in 2017 assembly polls riding on the wave of progress centric initiatives. The Deputy Chief Minister was addressing workers in Gurudwara Bhai Behlo  in village Fafre Bhai Ke in connection with the December 8 ‘Paani Bachao-Punjab Bachao’ (Save Water Save Punjab) rally to be held in Killi Chahlan (Moga).Interacting with the media-persons on the occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister said that the police is doing its best to find the prisoners who fled from the nabha jail and these would be put behind bars very soon. Badal also informed that during next 5 years all more than 12000 villages of the state would be equipped with the sewerage, water supply, concretized streets, street lights besides other infrastructural necessities.
