The Minister for Industries and Commerce, Chander Parkash today inaugurated BT work for ongoing road up gradation work from Palli to Ratnal .The road shall also be widened up to 5.5m.The 4 Km road improvement work is being executed under City Roads Scheme with estimated cost of Rs 1.70 crores by PWD.The Minister expressed satisfaction at the current pace of work and highlighted the significance of timely completion of works as it avoids spill over costs. He asked officers and public to plant trees along the road to give it a better look. He said that it will also provide better connectivity to national highway.He informed that Union govt has sanctioned many development projects for the holistic development of the state.He also added that government is working towards sustainable development. The Minister was accompanied by Xen PWD Raman Mehngi, AEE Manoj and other officials.
