Parminder Sindh Dhindsa, Finance Minister, Punjab today gave away the cheques worth Rs. one crore each to the two first prize winners of Punjab State Lotteries Vaisakhi Bumper-2012. While handing over the cheques to the winners in a simple function organized in Punjab Civil Secretariat here, Dhindsa wished good luck to the winners. Ramavtar Aggarwal, Mayur Vihar, Delhi and Surinder Kumar, Dhariwal, Gurdaspur were the lucky winners of the first prize. The prominent amongst other, who were present on the occasion included; Satish Chandra, Principal Secretary and Jaspal Singh, Secretary, Expenditure of Finance Department.
