After achieving milestones in Academics, Placements, Innovations etc, Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh has added another feather in its cap by organizing 3 days Fatehgarh Zone Youth Festival of Punjabi University, Patiala at its campus in which around 40 Colleges have participated.In this 3 days fest around 10,000 students have participated in various Cultural and Non-Cultural including Giddha, Classical Dance, Folk Song, Folk Instruments, Ghazal, Singing, Bhangra, Mimicry, One act Play, Western Instrument, Western Singing, Photography, Rangoli, Cartooning, Poster making, Collage making, Poem recitation etc.Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges while thanking Punjabi University, Patiala, students, staff and management of various other colleges said that the credit goes to each one of them who have shown interest and cooperated with Aryans.Kataria further said that it was an honour for Aryans as in this 3 days fest many renowned personalities including Dr. M.P. Poonia, Director, NITTTR; Dr. Kulbir Singh Dhillon, Dean, Punjabi University, Patiala; Harjit Singh Grewal, Chairman, Punjab Raj Khadi Board; Sh. Kuldeep Singh Bhangewala, Social worker have participated and graced the occasion on respective days.

Renowned  Punjabi Singer, Sarthi K enthralled the audience with his mimicry skills of various singers including Babbu Mann, Yamla Jatt, Jazzy B, Kanwar Grewal, Ranjit Bawa etc and made the audience laugh and tapped on his hit numbers.Kataria further added that all the participants and performances were vibrant and heart throbbing and helped the students of various states to learn and strengthen the cultural relationships between each other.Overall winners of Aryans Youth Fest 2016-2017 are as:Mata Gujri College, Fathegarh Sahib bagged 1st position in Group Shabad, Western Group Song, Skit, Over all Music Trophy, Overall Theatre Trophy and thereby stood overall champions-2016.17; Cordia College bagged 1st position in Giddha;PMN College,Rajpura bagged 1st position in One act play and Bhangra and bagged overall 2nd position . Baba Zorawar Singh Fatehgarh wins overall fine arts trophy; Gobvernmetn college,Derabassi wins overall Litreray Trophy andBaba Zorawar Singh, Fatehgarh bagged overall 3rd position.
