Holding Badal family responsible for recruitment scam in the state, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) State Convenor Sucha Singh Chhotepur today said that Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal has broken the record of PPCC Chief Captain Amarinder Singh as far as issuance of clean chit to ‘tainted’ persons is concerned.“Although even a child could understand the role of Dayal Singh Kolianwali, a close confidant of Badals in the recruitment scam, but CM did not take even a single minute to issue clean chit to him (Kolianwali)”, Chhotepur said.Earlier also CM Badal issued clean chits to Akali Leaders including Sikander Singh Malooka in Book Scam, Bibi Jagir Kaur in the murder case of her real daughter and Agriculture Minister Tota Singh in pesticides’ scam, Chhotepur said now in spite of the fact that entire investigation led to the suspicious involvement of Kolianwali, as a Kingpin of the entire recruitment scam, Badal ‘by-passed’ the probe and gave clean chit to Kolianwali.Chhotepur said that Captain Amarinder Singh also keeps such ‘clean chits’ in his pocket and does not think twice before issuing it, which could be evident from his issuing such clean chits to Congress leaders Gurchet Singh Bhullar in famous Bikhiwind murder case, Partap Singh Bajwa in Gujarat’s sex scandal case and even to ‘tainted’ leader Kamal Nath for his role in the 1984 genocide of Sikhs.He said that one Akali Councillor from Malaut, Sham Lal Daddi was arrested by the Vigilance Bureau in recruitment scam and Daddi is known for his close association with Kolianwali, who is closest loyalist of Badals.
