Minister of State for Social Welfare, Housing & Urban Development, Asiea Naqash today said Rs 46.07 lakh were released during the last five years for Municipal Committee Nowshera for carrying out various developmental works. While replying to a question of Surinder Kumar Choudhary, the Minister said under district plan Rs 13.95 lakh were released, while as under Integrated Development of Major Towns (IDMT) programme Rs 32.13 lakhs were released during the last 5 years.The Minister said all the developmental works were executed in MC Nowshera as per norms and quality parameters maintained by the Engineering wing of Urban Local Bodies.
