Col. Lakhanpal Ludhiana Zone Coordinator of Aam Aadmi Party expressed his serious concern over the gruesome killing of two girls in a road accident at Jagraon by the over speeding bus of Jhujjar Bus Company, known for rash and negligent driving. He expressed his deep shock over the loss of precious lives of the girls and conveyed his sympathies with the aggrieved families. Col. Lakhanpal demanded stringent action against the driver and confiscation of the Bus. He also demanded the registration of case against the Company, as their buses were regularly involving in fatal accidents, resulting in loss of lives on roads. AAP volunteers lead by Kisan Wing Zone Coordinator Gurjeet Singh Gill, Labour Wing Zone Coordinator Rajinderpal Kaur, Circle Coordinator Gopi Sharma and Arshdeep Singh staged a demonstration, which was removed on the presenting the copy of registration of FIR under section 302 against the driver of the bus. Those who joined the protest were Sarvjit Kaur, Sukhwinder Singh, Butta Kaunke, umesh Chhabrha, Sukhwinder Dhollan, Saurav Kalsi,Rupinder Sraan, Inderpreet Singh, Rana Shivdeep and Vaneet Jagota .
