Aam Aadmi Party got a big boost, when a formidable group comprising more than 100 members of  District Bar Association  Ludhiana enmass joined Aam Aadmi Party in presence of AAP state convenor Sucha Singh Chhotepur,  Ludhiana Zone Coordinator Col. CM lakhanpal, State Gen. Secy Kisan and Labour Wing Ahbaab Singh Grewal  at a well attended function organised by the Lawyers here today. _Welcoming the newly joined lawyers,  S. Chhotepur said that with the joining of  this Group of  highly elite class section, the party would gain further momentum in the state and   assured that they  would definitely make optimum utilisation of their expertise and clout in the society. He said that prominent people   from all sections of society were coming forward  to join and support Aam Aadmi Party, as they have full confidence in Arvind Kejriwal  for  bringing  a change in the traditional politics and his commitment of eradication of corruption from  the governing  system.

Lambasting  the Badal Govt. For creating a complete mess in Punjab, S. Chotepur said that the law and Order machinery in state had totally been paralysed and there was Jungle Raj( Anarchy), where no one was feeling safe. He added that SAD-BJP and Congress  for completely ruined the state by perusing wrong policies and made the governing system  corrupt to amaze wealth.  S.Chhotepur asserted  that the people now have no faith in the leaders of these parties and waiting to teach them a lesson in the coming 2017 Vidhan Sabha elections. He charged both Mr. Badal and Capt. Amarinder  Singh for playing dirty politics just to divert the attention of the people from the real issues of corruption, mafia raj, farmers suicides, drug menace, unemployment  and asserted that the now  people  were not going to be influenced by their false allurements.  He claimed that after the formation of AAP Govt in Punjab corruption and Mafia Raj will be completely wiped out with in a short period and the leaders and officers engaged in  drugs trade will be put behind bars.

 S. Chhotepur  said that AAP was in the process of preparing Election Manifesto  by organising ‘Punjab Dialogue’    programmes of different sections of the society, where the problems with solutions of particular section were being discussed at length, before incorporating these in the Manifesto. He said that Manifesto Committee had completed discussions on youth issues and the manifesto for Youth will shortly be released. He also asserted that AAP will definitely implement all the promises made in Election manifesto after forming the Govt., as have done in Delhi, where as all other parties used to through their manifestos in Garbage after coming to power. He appealed the newly Joined advocates and party functionaries to further speed up their efforts to educate the people about the policies and programmes of AAP and not to be mislead by the false propaganda of  Badals and Capt. Amarinder, whom they had tested for several times.Among others who addressed the function included Zone Coordinator Col. CM Lakhanpal, Fatehgarh Sahib Zone Coordinator Advocate Varinder Khara, Ahbaab Singh Grewal, Amarjot Singh Sidhu, former Addl. Director Procecution and Litigation Punjab, Advt.
