AAP State Convener,  Sucha Singh Chhotepur has asserted that Aam Aadmy Party was committed to accomplish the dreams of great martyrs of freedom movement by irradicating corruption and Mafia Raj from Punjab on forming  Government after 2017 Vidhan Sabha elections. Mr. Chhotepur was paying his respect to    great Martyr of Freedom Movement Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha on his 121st birthday, at an impressive function organized at  Jodhan, here today. S. Chhotepur said that Shaheed  Sarabha was one of the founder revolutionaries of the freedom Movement of the Country and was known as the ideologue of the movement. He said that Shaheed Sarabha  was the youngest Martyr of the movement, who was hanged  by British Rulers at the age of 19 years declaring him as the most dangerous revolutionary. Chhotepur added that Shaheed-E-Azam Bhagat Singh and his fellow revolutionaries followed his philosophy  even Shaheed Bhagat Singh had termed  Shaheed Sarabha as his Guru. He regretted that the dreams of our great Martyrs of a harmonious and prosperous society were still unaccomplished because of the  wrong and anti people  policies adopted by the successive governments after Independence.S. Sucha Singh said that in Punjab the SAD-BJP and Congress governments had never cared for the welfare of the people and  state had completely been ruined by the false policies. He blamed  SAD-BJP and Congress parties for rampant corruption and looting people through different kinds of mafias. He slammed Badals for creating a complete mess in Punjab and said that there was no rule of law and the ruling party was fully engaged in amazing wealth through corruption and drug trade. 

Mr. Chhotepur said that the people  were fully disappointed from the anti people policies of  Badal govt. and were  waiting for the elections to teach them a lesson . He said that AAP National Convener  Arvind Kejriwal has  emerged as the only hope for the people, who had fulfilled all the promised made in Manifesto  in Delhi. He claimed that Delhi Govt. had ensured free medical treatment to people by opening Mohalla clinics and the standard  of Govt. schools had substantially been improved.He added that the after election AAP Govt. was sure to be formed in Punjab, which wouldl take account of the wealth amazed  by Badals through corrupt practices.  He hold Badals responsible  for forcing the farmers to commit  suicides and for ruining the youth through drugs.   He appealed the people not to fall in the trap of Badals , who will extend all kind of allurements in the coming days to grab power once again and vote for the  betterment of Punjab.Paying tributes, AAP Spokesman  Sukhpal Singh Khaira said that Shaheed Sarabha hadmade supreme sacrifice  at the age of nineteen following the traditions set by our great gurus. He said that the great martyrs  had laid their lives dreaming a prosperous India, .  He regretted that  because of the wrong policies of successive governments, the dreams of martyrs were still unaccomplished even after the passage of 69 years after Independence.  

Lambasting on  Badals for rampant corruption,  Mr. Khaira said that the martyrs had sacrifices lives for whole country, where as, Badals were busy in amazing wealth only for their family through all foul means.  He appealed the people to use their right of vote to take revenge from the SAD-BJP and congress for making their condition miserable though anti people policies.Paying tributes  State President Mahila wing  Prof. Baljinder Kaur said that  youngest martyr Shaheed kar Singh Sarabha was an ideologue of the freedom movement and other patriots had followed his principles. She asserted that now women were fully aware about their rights and were coming forward to struggle.State youth President Harjot Singh Bains  while remembering shaheed Sarabha for his supreme sacrifice said that he was an icon for the other young patriots. He exhorted the youth to extend their  full support to Arvind Kejrial  in his struggle against corrupt system  and to put in their all energies to bring a political change in Punjab in favour of AAP.

On this occasion renowned sports organizer of the state, Jagroop Singh Jarkhar joined Aam Aadmy party  in the presence of S. Chhotepur and other senior leaders. S. Chhotepur said that with the joining of Jarkhar and other sportspersons, the party will get more strength and assured them full respect in the party.Prominent Among others who addressed the function   included   Ludhiana Zone Coordinator Col. C M Lakhanpal, State General Secy of Kisan and Labour Wingh Ahbaab Singh Grewal, Col Jasjit Singh, Amritpal Singh and Col darshan singh Dhillon. Zone Observer Ambrish Trikha and State Vice president of Mahila Wing Raj Rajwant kaurwere also present.Earlier the party leaders and volunteers lead by Zone Coordinator Col. C M Lakhanpal paid floral tributes before the  statue of Shaheed Sarabha  at his native village Sarabha.
