Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh inaugurated the first cultural night of Haroli  utsav and also released a souvenir on the occasion.Addressing the public, he exhorted youth that despite working anywhere in the world they should not forget their traditions, culture and customs and should preserve them at all cost.He said that it was evident from the history that the civilisations who failed to preserve their culture and customs, had completely vanished. Our identity was our unique culture and traditions.He said the life of the people of the state revolves around the local gods and goddesses and the local deities were inseparable part of the lives of people. We should perform all the religious ceremonies as per the traditions he said.Shri Mukesh Agnihotri, Industries and I&PR Minister welcomed and honoued the Chief Minister on the occasion. Chairman, Other Construction Workers Welfare Board,Shri Hardeep Bawa, DCC President, Shri Virendar Dharmani, Chairman, General Industries Corporation,Shri Surinderpal Thakur, President, Youth Congress Una, Shri Sumit Sharma, Member, BoD, GIC, Shri Sanjeev Saini were also present on the occasion amongst prominent citizens of the area.
