The district administration has assured the family of a man, who was found dead in Kulgam, of magisterial probe into his death as they have suspected that his in-laws have allegedly murdered him.Following the protests today by the family of Irshad Hussain (30) who was found dead in an orchard in Mirhama area of Kulgam district, the district commissioner Syed Abid Hussain assured them of magisterial probe.The family and other relatives today protested and accused the in-laws of their son for “killing him.”The protesters blocked the road in Kulgam town, demanding the police to arrest his in-laws “who have killed our son.

”DC Kulgam pacified the protesters and assured magistrate inquiry headed by ACR Kulgam, Shanawaz Hussain.SSP Kulgam, Mohammad Irshad told KNS that police has arrested father-in-law of the deceased man for questioning. The police is also investigating the case and has assured the family of solving he case as soon as possible.Though police believes that the postmortem of the deceased man has suggested that he has committed suicide, and “he had also left a suicide note before hanging himself to death”, the police has registered a case of abetment to suicide under section 306 RPC against the father-in-law of the deceased.
