To finalize the arrangements for the celebration of upcoming Republic Day-2016 in Bhaderwah, Sub Divisional Magistrate Bhaderwah Mohammad Anwar Banday today convened the meeting of the Tehsil officers in Dak Banglow Bhaderwah.
It was finalized in the meeting that the venue of the function will be the play ground of Higher Secondary School Boys Bhaderwah where national flag will be unfurled by the Chief Guest who will take salute at the March past parade contingents, to be drawn from JKAP, NCC and Tiny Platoons from government and private schools besides cultural Programmes will be performed by the students of various schools.
The day will start with playing of Shahnai Vadan by Information Department Bhaderwah early in the Morning. Other arrangements like security, first aid, sanitation, Fire and Emergency Services, Seating arrangements, Power Supply and issuance of invitation cards were also discussed in the meeting.It was also decided that full Dress Rehearsal of the programme will be held on 24th January at 10:00 AM.Among others, the meeting was attended by Tehsildar Bhaderwah Dr. Mohammad Amir Zargar, ASP Bhaderwah Amit Bhasin, SDPO Bhaderwah Sajid Ahmed Khan, BDO Bhaderwah Tahir Malik, BMO Yadveer Singh, TSO Nasir Ahmed and various others Tehsil Officers.
