Militant outfit Hizbul Mujhadeen Tuesday paid rich tribute to one of its commanders Sajad Ahmed alias Pir Sahab who was killed during a brief gunfight with Indian Forces at Zakura on the outskirts of Srinagar on Monday night. As per a statement to CNS, Hizb Deputy Commander Saifullah Khalid while addressing a meeting said that the slain militant was a religious figure and an ardent supporter of Kashmir Freedom Struggle. “Sajad Sahab spent most of his time in prayers and was always busy in devising strategies to foil the bids of enemies of freedom struggle. Saifullah Khalid said that, “we have lost great Mujahid and his separation will be painful. The blood of martyrs will show its color one day and nobody will be allowed to compromise with the sacrifices of budding youth of Kashmir.”Meanwhile another militant outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba also paid glorious tribute to the departed militant. LeT Chief Mehmood Shah said martyrdom is the important element of Kashmir Freedom Struggle. He said that a Martyr never dies instead he lives in the hearts and minds of people for ever. LeT Chief also saluted the people of Pulwama for their resilience and resolve and said that it is an honour for the martyred militants that they are being loved by people from the bottom of their heart.
