District Police Mohali is working dedicatedly to maintain peace, law and order in the district, meanwhile Police will also contribute for social works towards society. This was stated by SSP Mohali Sh. Gurpreet Singh Bhullar while non-formal addressing to press after inauguration of Blood donation camp organized in cooperation with Rotary Blood Bank sector 37 Chandigarh at district administrative complex. During this SP 9head quarter) Harpal Singh Sandhu and DSP Sh. Harsimrat Singh and DSP Ram Chander were present.During this Sh. Bhullar said that blood donation is a great gesture a small drop of blood donated could gift a life to someone and provides a ray of hope to the person struggling between life and death. 

He said that owning a moral responsibility to society, this blood donation camp has been organized by Mohali Police, wherein more than 80 Policemen have donated the blood. He said that district police will organize such other camps in the near future. This will strengthen the public police relation.During this blood donation camp a team under the head ship of Dr. Munish Rai collected the blood units. During this Sh. Kamaljit Singh in charge and Vijay Soodan Supervisor of Rotary Blood Bank Sector 37 were present. The blood units thus collected in the camp was sent to Rotary Blood Bank Sector 37 Chandigarh.
