On the second day of 61st National School Games-2015-16 of Cricket Under-17 Girls, being organized by the Directorate General, Youth Services & Sports six matches were played today.In a match between Andhra Pradesh and NVS, AP beat N.V.S. by 41 runs at M.A. Stadium. The AP scored 113 for 2 in 15 overs. Sindhuja- 59 runs and Nasavi- 31 runs and main wicket takers were V. Sujana- 1 wicket. The N.V.S. team scored 72 -2 in 15 overs, G. Sireesha- 22 runs and G. Monika- 20 runs and main wicket taker was -B. Anusha- 1 wicket. In a match between J&K and Tamil Nadu, J&K beat Tamil Nadu by 75 runs in 13 overs  at M.A. Stadium. J&K score 129-4 in 13 overs with Sonika- securing 38 runs and Sanjana- 34 runs and the main wicket takers were Swati & Sweta - 1 wicket each. While as, Tamil Nadu score 54-6 in 13 overs with Pavitra scoring  17 runs and Deepa- 5 runs and the main wicket takers were Iqra, Ishani & Aditi- 1 wicket each.

In another match, Punjab beat Gujrat by 7 wickets in 9.1 overs at M.A. Stadium. The team Gujrat score  was 81-2 in 15 overs with Camy Desai- 33 runs and Daimanti- 18 runs and the main wicket takers were Anjali & Kanika- 1 wicket each. The Punjab team scored 82 -3 in 9.1 overs and Parul- 34 runs Not Out and Navdeep- 13 runs, main wicket takers were Hrutvisha Patel- 3 wickets.In a match between Punjab and Maharashtra, Punjab beat Maharashtra by 5 runs in 15 overs at University of Jammu. Punjab scores 106-2 in 15 overs. Kanika- 44 runs and Parul- 30 runs. Main wicket taker was  Yogendra- 2 wickets. TheMaharashtra scored 101-4 in 15 overs with Sakshi scoring 45 runs and Vedika 26 runs and the main wicket takers were Kanika & Parul- 1 wicket each.

In another match Maharashtra beat N.V.S. by 10 wickets in 8.3 overs at University of Jammu. N.V.S. score 59 all out  in 15 overs with Yamana scoring 12 runs and Samara- 11 runs. Main wicket takers were Dhanshri- 3 wickets & Snehal- 2 wickets. Maharashtra scored 60-0 in 8.3 overs with Sakshi scoring 33 runs and Vedika- 22 runs.In 6th match,  Telangana beat CBSC by 5 wickets in 17.5 overs at K.C. Public school, CBSC score 100 all out in 18 overs. Kshamma singh scored 51 runs. Main wicket takers were Chandana, Vanaja, Dharani & Keerthi - 2 wicket each. Telangana scored 104 -5  in 17.5 overs with Dayana scoring 33 runs. The main wicket taker was Anjali- 1 wicket.
