Al Rayyan, the first mixed-use premium real estate development in Sharjah’s Al Nahda district, has announced a boost in sales at Cityscape Global in Dubai.  Sales figures indicate that over 18% of Phase 1, Tower C has been sold.  Al Rayyan’s two bedroom apartments have been the best sellers with over a quarter already sold.Commenting on Cityscape, G. Ramakrishnan, CEO of Al Rayyan International Real Estate INV. & DV. LLC, said “This has been a fruitful week for our premium project. Our offer of a 2% discount for buyers who purchase during Cityscape has been well received and we’re pleased to be reporting strong growth in sales. 

Al Rayyan, with its superb finishing based on high quality craftsmanship, is available for purchase to all UAE residents and GCC Nationals; this is a first for Sharjah. We’re looking forward to a number of positive developments in the coming months following our participation at Cityscape Global.”Al Rayyan is offering a 2% discount off the total sales price of its apartments if sales are transacted during the three-day Cityscape Global exhibition. In addition to this sales incentive, Al Rayyan is also offering 100-year leaseholds to UAE residents who are non-GCC Nationals and freeholds to UAE and GCC Nationals.The AED700 million project is currently at 70% completion and covers 2.7 million sqft. It comes with a selection of 504 spacious and contemporary leasehold apartments in addition to expansive office space and retail units. Al Rayyan is showcased in Hall 3 at Stand 3C25 at Cityscape.
