Rajnath Singh, Union Home Minister reviewed the security situation including Left Wing Extremism in the state of Chhattisgarh here today. Shri Rajnath Singh asked Ministry of Home Affairs to coordinate and integrate efforts escalating its involvement in tackling the Left Wing Extremism in the affected states. Shri Raman Singh, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Shri Kiren Rijiju, MoS (Home), and representatives of Planning Commission, Intelligence and Security agencies, DoT, Ministry of Surface Transport, Ministry of Environment and Forest were present in the meeting.
