Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh was supported by Dr. Kiran Bedi, 1st Women IPS Officer of India in J&K. Today, Dr Kiran Bedi launched “Aryans Special Scholarship Scheme for JK students” in J&K. Thousands of students participated in the function held in Jammu at Press Club of Jammu and in Srinagar at Hotel Lala Rukh, Near Clock Tower. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges presided over the event.Giving this information, Dr Kataria said that 50 meritorious students were also given Scholarship Letters by Dr Kiran Bedi each in Jammu & Srinagar who were selected under various schemes of Aryans.

Dr Kiran Bedi while interacting with students said that “I came to know that more than 700 JK students are studying in Aryans which is news in itself. I was pleased to honour the 4 Aryans Kashmiri girls on stage in Chandigarh who developed “Aryans Android App” and also the 4 Aryans Kashmiri boys who developed “Life saving Glove” with Nursing Team of Aryans. This shows that at Aryans, students are not only studying but also doing innovations.”Dr Bedi further said that now Aryans is launching a project especially for JK students. And my full support is with Aryans for this project. She added that the students who will be selected under this project should help other needy students after completing their studies.
