Real Folk Cultural International Academy (RFCIA) returned to India from Wales, United Kingdom after winning 2nd prize in “Choreography Folk Dance” category by presenting Jhoomar Folk Dance, 3rd prize in “Traditional Folk Dance” category by presenting Malwai Gidha and “Dancing in the Street” category by presenting all the Punjabi Folk Dances at “Llangollen 2019” competition organized by Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod at Wales, UK from 3rd to 11th July, 2019 and presented Punjabi Folk Dances workshops and performances from 11th to 14th July, 2019 at different cities of UK.President RFCIA, Gurjeet Singh said that RFCIA participated in this festival third time in a row. Tour was sponsored by Nahar Enterprises, Punjab. Mr Jagdial Singh, one of the director of company also visited with team in this festival. 

A team of 27 members of RFCIA from the different regions of Punjab participated in this festival. RFCIA members learnt new things at UK and felt glad after the cultural exchange with other countries participant.Vice President, Satvir Singh said that More than 12 countries particip[ated in this competition, he added after winning the prizes in competitions some members of RFCIA presented cultural presentations and workshops of Punjabi Folk Dances at different cities of UK like London, Henslowe, Hayes, Birmingham etc.He added that all these achievements become possible with hard work of RFCIA team Gurjinder Kaur, Rajwinder Kaur, Harsirat Singh, Dehreen Kaur, Steshvar Singh, Amarjot Singh, Avtar Singh, Mangoo, Jaspreet Kaur, Tarandeep Kaur, Mano Kumar, Manpreet Kaur, Vijay Sharma, Gaganpreet Singh, Amritpal Singh, Jashandeep, Avneet Kaur, Rajvir Kaur, Ravi Kumar, Kamaljit, Jatinder Singh etc.
