The state government is committed to ensure quality assured and time bound completion of various developmental projects for which the government is contemplating to involve various private sector undertakings.This was stated by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur while interacting with the delegation of National Projects Construction Corporation Ltd. (NPCCL) led by its Chairman-cum-Managing Director Manohar Kumar, here today.The Chief Minister said that being a hilly state with difficult topographical conditions, the infrastructure development not only requires expertise but also multiple skills to meet various geographical surprises.Manohar Kumar while apprising the Chief Minister about the salient features of company, said that it has secured new works valuing Rs. 5217 crore against the target of Rs. 1400 crore fixed by the Government of India for excellent rating. He also apprised the Chief Minister that the company was keen to invest in various developmental projects in the state.Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Shrikant Baldi, Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Sanjay Kundu and other senior officers of the state government were present on the occasion among others.
