Cabinet Minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu today said that the Congress-led Punjab government is committed for providing world class education, basic infrastructure & a healthy life to the residents of the state. He said this while attending a blood donation camp organised under Mission Tandrust Punjab in Ward Number 68 of the city. This camp was organised in the memory of Bharat Bhushan Ashu’s father Late Pandit Narayan Dass and a total of 101 units were collected during this blood donation camp.While speaking on the occasion, Mr Ashu said that the state government is giving main emphasis on best medical facilities, education and development of basic infrastructure. He said that for providing good lifestyle to the residents, the state government has started Mission Tandrust Punjab, which is showing good results. He said that under this project, the residents are educated about good quality food products, clean surroundings etc. Besides, the Punjab government is also ensuring that the residents get world class health facilities.He also appreciated the efforts of Ward Number 68 councillor Mr Baljinder Singh Bunty and his team. Prominent among those present on the occasion included MP Mr Ravneet Singh Bittu, Mayor Mr Balkar Singh Sandhu, Councillor Mr Parvinder Singh, Mr Bhagwinderpal Singh Goldy. State president, International Human Right Council, besides several others.
