Reacting to shutdown observed by people in Kulgam and Shopian in wake of Chief Minister’s visit in these town, Congress leader and Health Minister Taj Mohi-u-Din Wednesday said only those areas observe shutdown where Jamat-i-Islami is strong and having command over people. “All kinds of protests and shutdowns occur in areas where Jamat-i-Islami is having stronghold,” he said.    He told that Shutdown and stone-pelting incidents have become routine in Kashmir and it is not surprising for him. “The election rallies of both National Conference and Congress in any part of the Valley were successful. There are no dissent found amoung the workers of the both parties and they are working jointly to ensure the defeat the pisive forces,” he said adding that there was perfect understanding between National Conference and Congress party who were working together for success of all the six Lok Sabha candidates in Jammu and Kashmir.
