Minister for Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA), Mohammad Ashraf Mir today chaired a meeting of officers from PHE department and reviewed water supply positioning of Sonwar constituency.On the occasion, Mir took the stock of water related issues of Sonwar Constituency and asked the concerned officers to ensure adequate water supply to the people. The Minister was informed about the ongoing works being executed by PHE in various areas of Sonwar constituency.Threadbare deliberations were held on setting up of water supply pipe at various areas for augmenting the existing water supply. He asked concerned officials to carry out the repair works wherever needed.He asked the officials that money should not become huddle in carrying out any works as the financial assistance will be provided from CDF, wherever needed.The Minister directed the concerned officers to visit the areas to know the magnitude of problems faced by people and solve all the issues at an earliest.
