Minister for Youth Services and Sports, Molvi Imran Raza Ansari today directed the Deputy Commissioner Bandipora to reconvene the District Development Board (DDB) meeting, which was held here today, as development draft plans for the district were not properly vetted.The Minister, who is also the Chairman DDB Bandipora, called off the meeting as the draft plans prepared by various departments were not properly vetted by concerned lawmakers of the district which is a prerequisite for development plan formation.Responding to the concerns, the Minister underlined that the decision was taken to uphold the sanctity of the Board. He asked all the concerned Heads of Departments to direct their subordinate district and sectoral officers to get the draft plans properly scrutinized by the concerned lawmakers.The meeting was attended by Deputy Speaker Legislative Assembly, Nazir Gurezi, MLC Yasir Reshi and MLAs Mohammad Akbar Lone and Usman Majid and senior officers of various departments.
