MLA Rafiabad Yawar Dilawar Mir has hailed the recent order of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to review the cases of alleged stone-pelters in Kashmir valley and said that the goodwill gesture will go a long way to facilitate the youth to rebuild their future.While addressing a Public Durbar at DakBungalowBaramulla, the legislator said that the decision to withdraw cases against stone pelters in Kashmir is an appreciable Confidence Building Measure (CBM) and called for creating more career building and employment opportunities for the youth to address their anger and alienation.He called upon the youth to take a leading role in reconstruction of the state which according to him has under gone a long trail of mayhem and destruction during the past three decades. He said peace and tranquility is imperative for development and socio-economic transformation of the state adding that active role of youth was imperative in this regard.He said youth have to take a leading role in the development of the state adding that they should not allow mischievous elements to mislead the common masses on frivolous issues.On the occasion the people apprised the legislator about many issues related to day to day activities including availability of basic amenities. Legislator gave patient hearing to the people and assured them that the grievances flagged by the people would be fulfilled at earliest.
