The Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan today convened a meeting of officers of divisional, district and sectoral officers to review the status of ongoing developmental works under different sectors in Kupwara district. The Divisional Commissioner Kashmir passed instructions to ensure that all the decisions are implemented in letter and spirit as per the directions of the CM during her recent visit to Kupwara.The DDC Kupwara apprised the visiting dignitary Divisional Commissioner Kashmir about the issues, demands and status of the works taken in hand and execution of works executed by various implementing agencies. It was given out that 143 decisions are getting implemented for Rs 6.70 cr have been released. The sector wise demands, issues and decisions were discussed thread bare during the review meeting.The Division Commissioner Kashmir impressed upon all the implementing and executing agencies to complete the work in time bound manner. He fixed the deadline for completion of executing works upto 20th of November 2017 so that people of the areas mentioned in the CM’s decisions could benefit from these schemes. He directed the DDC Kupwara to ensuring regular monitoring of the work getting executed by various agencies.The meeting was attended by divisional, district and sectoral officers.
