A meeting of the Committee on Petitions of Legislative Council was held here today under the Chairmanship of legislator Saif-ud-Din Bhat to discuss and examine various petitions before the Committee.Legislators Ghulam Nabi Monga, Khursheed Aalam and Javid Ahmad Mircha attended the meeting.The Committee discussed and examined the petition regarding probe into the cancellation of advertisement notice issued by the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Jammu and Kashmir.After threadbare discussions, the Committee directed the Registrar, Cooperative Societies Jammu and Kashmir to withdraw the cancellation of advertisement notice issued.The Chairman said that government is making all possible efforts to provide employment pportunities to the unemployed educated youth in the State.Besides Secretary Cooperative Department Bashir Ahmad Bhat, Registrar Peer Hafizullah, Managing Director State Cooperative Bank , the senior officers of  Cooperative Department and Council Secretariat were present in the meeting.
