Some of the ‘under-performer’ ministers from BJP in Jammu and Kashmir will likely to be shown the door while some new faces from the party may become the part of the combined BJP-PDP Government.Party sources told news agency CNS that reshuffle of BJP Ministers in Jammu and Kashmir is on cards and in this regard party high command led by party National president Amit Shah will take a final call.If party sources are to be believed, Bali Bhagat, Shayam Lal Chowdary and Priya Sethi will be shown door while the portfolio of Lal Singh will be altered. Sources added that the party high command is not satisfied with the performance of some of the Minister’s and they will be shown the door.A party leader on condition of anonymity said that party State president Sat Sharma and legislator from Doda Shakti Parihar may likely get new portfolios. “During his recent visit to Jammu and Kashmir, the party national general secretary Ram Madhav interacted with party leaders and workers. Fingers were raised over the working style of some of the Ministers. Madhav had actually come here to get the first information about the functioning of the party and he in fact met Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to inform her about the BJP plan of reshuffling their ministers,” the leader said.If sources are to be believed, Sukhnandan Kumar who was earlier removed from the portfolio of Public Health Engineering may like to be inducted into the cabinet again. “All the BJP MLA’s and MLC’s have flown to New Delhi to attend the crucial meeting,” sources added. The BJP, which won 25 seats in the 2014 Assembly elections from Jammu, has eight Cabinet and three ministers of state, including Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh. (CNS)
