Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Baseer Ahmad Khan today reviewed the final arrangements being put in place for the inauguration of District Court Complex (DCC), Moominabad which is scheduled to be inaugurated on July 29, 2017 (Saturday).Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Commissioner SMC, SP SSG, SSP Security, ASD Traffic, CE JKUEED, CE MED, SE PDD, DFO UDAK, District Floriculture Officer, DGM BSNL, Joint Director Information, Assistant Director Health, Deputy Director Planning and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.Div Com directed Police to provide adequate security arrangements in and outside the District Court Complex (DCC), Moominabad and asked traffic department to ensure hassle free movement of traffic in the area.
Khan directed SMC to provide proper sanitation in and around the complex besides illuminating the Court complex.Divisional Commissioner directed PDD to ensure uninterrupted power supply besides asked the PHE authorities to provide potable water supply round the clock and keep the water tankers ready on that day at the spot.Div Com directed the Hospitality and Protocol department for arranging the Shamiyanas with proper seating facility for VIPs and other officers while Department of Information and Public relation was asked to provide Public Address System (PAS) and arrange media coverage of the inauguration.Khan directed Health department to provide paramedical staff with doctors and ambulance in the complex on the inauguration day.Divisional Commissioner urged for close coordination between the departments for the smooth conduct of the inauguration of District Court Complex (DCC).
