Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh who was addressing a public meeting in the campus of Mata Kothi Devi temple at Kothi in Reckong-Peo, the district headquarters of Kinnaur, today approved a new Patwar circle to be opened at Pangi, around 12 kilometres from Reckong-Peo.He said that the BJP unnecessarily keeps creating false propaganda and criticizing for the sake of criticism.He said that nearing elections, many would come to lure the people and try to create a regional gap. "You would have to be aware of such people and vote for the government which works for overall development", he added.The Chief Minister also counted the achievements in field of health, education and other sectors as well and stressed on preservation of customs, language and traditions. 

He said that he had seen civilization grazed to ground who had forgotten their culture and language. Deputy Speaker Vidhan Sabha Shri Jagat Singh Negi welcomed and honoured the Chief Minister and other dignitaries present on the occasion.President DCC Kinnaur Shri Umesh Negi, President BCC Pooh Shri Daya Krishan Negi, Member Tribal Advisory Committee Shri Nirmal Singh Negi, Chairman KINFED Shri Chandergopal, Member TAC Shri Prem Kumar, President Kinnaur Youth Congress Shri Pratap Negi, Congressmen, Acharaya Roshan Lal Negi, Deputy Commissioner Shri N.K. Lath, Managing Director HPSEBL Shri P.C.Negi, Chief Engineer Shri Ashok Chauhan were present on the occasion amongst others.
