A delegation of Langar organization led by President Shri Amar Nath Barfani Langars organization (SABLO) Vijay Thakur today called on Chief Secretary, B.B. Vyas to discuss preparations to ensure smooth conduct of Shri Amar Nath Ji Yatra - 2017.DGP S.P. Vaid, Chief Executive Officer Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board Umang Narula and Principal Secretary Home R.K. Goyal were also present for the meeting.During the meeting, President SABLO Vijay Thakur raised a number of issues regarding the conduct of Shri Amarnathji Yatra and presented a memorandum of demands to the Chief Secretary.Chief Secretary assured the representatives of Langar Organizations that all arrangements including those relating to security would be put in place for this annual pilgrimage and it is the endeavor of the state to make progressive improvements every year in the management of Shri Amarnathji Yatra.It was also agreed that to ensure improved co-ordination among various stake holders, a followup meeting will be held with Langar Organizations in the month of June.
