Chandigarh Group of Colleges released Third International Journal of Business Management. IJBM is a bi-annual publication which is peer reviewed, referred, open access and possessing ISSN: 2349-3402. In this edition papers on diverse issues from all over India and abroad have been included. Researcher from different countries like England and Ethiopia and various states including Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujrat, Bihar, Arunachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Uttrakhand, J&K have contributed their scholarly papers and articles .It contained 33 research papers on various topics like digital marketing, need of financial reforms for Digital India, Role of banks and NBFCs in Digital India, e-HRM, Role of digitization in Supply Chain Management and a number of other topics related to general management.
The objective of Journal of Business Management is to bring about richness in research by encouraging domestic and international contributions.The journal was released by Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President CGC. Speaking on the occasion, he said that such publications provide an opportunity for academicians to share the latest thinking and research strategies, tactics and paradigms of business & social sciences discipline. Dr. GD Bansal, Director General said that the journal aims at exploring the best possible avenues to foster academics with students and also to disseminate research based knowledge among academicians as well as practitioners and thanked faculty faculty for their valuable support & motivation.
