Aam Aadmi Party on Wednesday criticized Punjab government and Shiromani Akali Dal for harassing private bus operators and using state machinery for the Moga Rally of the party scheduled on December 8 to celebrate 89th birthday of Chief Minister Parkas Singh Badal. Criticizing the move, Aam Aadmi Party MP and Chairman Campaign committee Bhagwant Mann said that SAD has always made use of the state exchequer for their own benefits and misused the hard earned money of taxpayers.“Despite repeated threats of government, the private bus operators have denied to provide the buses to ferry people to rally spot. It shows that people of Punjab have made their minds to opposed the suppression of SAD and throw them out of power in 2017 elections. “Said Mann. “ “Sukhbir Singh Badal is modern day Nero who is busy celebrating his father birthday while the farmers of state are dying because of government apathy.” added Mann. “After the denial from private operators, now Sukhbir has ordered transport department to private government buses for SAD rally. Will not it affect the transportation facility to people of state on rally day?”  He asked. Mann said that their news that the private schools of area is ordered to shut on December 8 and provide school buses to party for rally purpose.
