The Revenue Patwar Union today held a meeting with Revenue Minister Bikram Singh Majithia at Punjab Civil Secretariat regarding their demands.The meeting was held in a cordially atmosphere and the Revenue Minister accepted the genuine demands of the Patwar Union related to Revenue department. Revenue Minister assured the Patwar Union that demands related to the Finance department will be discussed with Finance Minister in the presence of Union members within a months period and also hoped for the positive outcome.Revenue Minister Mr. Bikram Singh Majithia asked the Patwar Union to resume the work keeping in view Public interest as he has assured them to fulfill and implement their genuine demands related to Revenue department with in a stipulated time frame. 

After the meeting with the revenue Minister, the Revenue Patwar Union Punjab announced to resume work from today and also agreed to do the work of vacant Patwar circles. The Union also announced to drawback Dharna announced for 10th August.Others prominent present in the meeting included Mr. KBS Sidhu Financial Commissioner Revenue, Mr. Sanjeev Sharma Deputy Director Punjab Land Records Society and the representatives of the the Revenue Patwar Union, Punjab Mr. Om Parkash Thind President, Mr. palwinder Singh Dhillon Representative All India,  Mr. Harbir Singh Dhindsa General Secretary, Mr. Krishan Manocha Cashier, Mr. Gurtej Singh Zira Sr. Vice President, Mr. Mehar Singh Batth, Mr. Mohan Singh Bhedpura, Mr. Gurjant Singh lambi and Mr. Kulwinder Singh Manjhpur.
