On grounds of Human Rights, those prisoners who have completed their sentenced (punishment) by courts, should be release from the Jail with immediate effect.Party President Er Gurkirpal Singh Punjab has met Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa on his residence at Hassanpur Village on dated 10.6.16 Ludhiana. While receving support from party side, it was mentioned by Bapu Surat Singh that their fight is on Human Rights, and not a religious grounds. Political Parties are delaying the cause by giving it religious colouring. Bapu Surat Singh is living in a house well covered by intelligence agencies from Punjab and which is more of an harassment for family members and children living in the house.Village people has starting avoiding contact with Bapu Surat Singh because of the fear and Gunda Nature of policemen surrounding the area and the village. 

Party President Gurkirpal Singh Punjab was surprised that those fighting for human rights are facing hardships, and those NGOs that support such cause are suppressed and harassed to the maximum to remove their support. Gurkirpal Singh Punjab said, "We want to ask from Insaf Teams that why they are mum in case of Bapu Surat Singh ? Whether insaf teams are grabbing votes only restricted to the area of their Vidhan Sabha constituency, from where they will fight election ??." We request all the other NGO and newspaper to support cause of Bapu Surat Singh on the fight for Human Rights. Beside other supporters following office beareres were present : Mohinder Singh Gurna, Dr. Rajinder Renu, Hindpal Singh, Dr. Harjinder Harry, Mrs Bhupinder Kaur, Amarjeet Kaur, Muzaffar Ahmed.
