Expressing his serious concern and dissatisfaction on the work culture of present government carry forward the sanctioned ongoing projects in the state.Chief whip of the congress legislative party in house and MLA Banihal Vikar Rasool wani Today said that government is deliberately fallowing careless and discriminative approach towards the completion of projects sanctioned in previous government.Vikar was speaking during his speech on grants in the assembly here today. He added that despite of alloting all the required grants for construction of 5 medical colleges and cancer hospitals in the state present BJP PDP led coalition government has failed to finalize the land and start construction on them.

Vikar Rasool wani informed that cancer is spreading at alarming rate in the state of Jammu and Kashmir and government need to be serious to takle this sensitive issue.Vikar Rasool while speaking on the grants of transport said that Jammu Kashmir national highway is the worst victims of road accidents results in the loss of thousands of previous lives every year.MLA Banihal Vikar Rasool urged upon the government to make distt police and QRT's fully equipped for successful rescue operations in such circumstances as they are facing shortage of basic rescue related equipments.Vikar Rasool demand accidental hospital at Ramsu, Critical Care ambulance and 5 new SRTC buses for different local routes of Banihal constituency and urged upon the government make already sanctioned buses available to the public.
