BCLP began with a bash. Though the first match between Ambersariye Hawks and Royal Patialvi was tempered with a conflict, ultimately these cool hearted Punjabis let it go and sorted out everything. The team owners of both the teams Karan Wahi and Ameesha Patel werelater seen keeping their calm and completing the match.The second match on the contrary was completely the opposite. It was a complete entertainment package where the competition was cut throat but here the opposite teams did not gaze each other with competitive eyesbut were seen passing flying kisses. Firoza Khan of SaathNibhanaSaathiyafame who is playing for the Ludhianvi Tigers was on top of the world as her crush Jassi Gill was playing in the opposite team. To add to it the girls in the Ludhiana team could not get enough of A-Kay from the ChandigarhiyeYakies team and sent flying kisses to distract him.
The first innings was played by ChandigarhiyeYankies and marked the score board with 140 runs for 10 wickets where as Ludhianvi Tigers marked their victory by fulfilling the target. They won the match with 9 wickets. The girls of both the teams played extremely well. JaswirKaur and Firoza Khan from Ludhianvi Tigers took two wickets and AlokkNarula bagged the highest scorer by making 68 runs. Chandigarhiye Team had a huge contribution in adding to the fun atmosphere all around. The innings were intervened by a performance by the very famous duo of the Punjabi Music Industry, Jassi Gill and BabbalRai, who’re playing for the ChandigarhiyeYankies.
The best part about this match was that both teams were hypercompetitive yet that was enjoyed in a very light, cool and calm way. When the Chandigarh team started losing to the Ludhianvis, Sukhe went upto the Dholi's present and paid them off so they would stop playing everytime the Ludhiana team hit sixes.The fans of these players would never have seen this avatar of their favourite stars and watching the stars enjoying themselves and in such a fun atmosphere is surely a delight for the audiences.
