Filmmaker M. Manikandan's third Tamil directorial "Aaandavan Kattalai", which features Vijay Sethupathi in the lead, is about the common discrepancies in the issue of passports."It's a light-hearted entertainer that throws the spotlight on discrepancies in the passport issuing structure and the various problems we face due to which.
