Senior National Conference (NC) leader and MLA Kangan Mian Altaf Ahmed on Saturday visited various areas of his constituency to take on spot review of the various road projects being undertaken and executed.Mian Altaf accompanied by executive engineers of PWD and PMGSY visited Nunner, Wurpash, Gutlibagh, Chahtergul, Poshkar, Dardwooder, Hariganiwan, Sumbal and other areas of the constituency and asked the officials to expedite the work on the road projects and ensure their early completion so that the people don’t face any hardships, a statement said.A number of deputations also called on the MLA and apprised him about the various issues particularly non availability of roads in their areas.Mian Altaf gave a patient hearing to them and assured that their genuine demands shall be looked into on priority. Mian Altaf has asked the PWD and PMGSY officials to speed up the work on these road projects and the link roads which are of very importance. (KNS)
