The Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today accorded approval to name the Morinda-Bassi Pathana- Sri Fatehgarh Sahib road as ‘Diwan Todar Mal’ marg.Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s Office said that acceding to the request of MLA Bassi Pathana Justice (Retd.) Mr. Nirmal Singh,Mr. Badal directed the Additional Chief Secretary PWD (B&R) to initiate appropriate prompt action in this regard to name the road after legendary Diwan Todar Mal, in recognition with his supreme services towards the humanity in general and Sikh panth in particular.
