Martyrs’ families shall participate in ‘Tiranga Yatra’ in protest against Indo-Pak T20 to be staged in Dharamshala

The families of the martyrs of Kangra district shall participated in the Tiranga yatra on 11th February, which is being organized in protest against the forthcoming T 20 Indo-Pak cricket match to be played at Dharamshala  on 19th March in connection with world cup. Stating this the social activist /advocate of Kangra Vinay Sharma said,”The two days Tiranga yatra shall be flaged off by N K Kaliya, father of Kargil martyr Sourabh Kalia on 11th of this month from Sourabh Vihar Palampur to reach Shaheed Samark  Dharamshala  on 12th. The yatra will have a night stay near the house of First recipient of Param Vir Chakra ( PVC),Maj. Somnath Sharma .” Vinay said that on 13th Feb  the participants shall observe the parcial Hunger Strike at War memorial Dharamshala , Which is just 300 meters away from cricket Stadium , and where names of all martyrs of Himachal are printed .

He asked when there is no Dialogue possible between India and Pakistan why the match is being allowed. Vinay said, “Two army men who lost their lives in Pathankot attack of militants recently also belongs to the nearby village to Dharamshala, then how the match be allowed against Pak here?’ He said the public of the area demand the cancellation of this match or be shifted elsewhere.Vinay said that he shall send the request letters in this regards to PM Modi and BCCI too.
