In connection with the Republic Day celebration, Deputy Commissioner Pulwama, convened a meeting of officers at District Administrative Complex Pulwama today.Threadbare discussion was held with regard to necessary arrangements for the national event. It was informed that the main function will start with Shahnaiwadan at District Police Lines Pulwama. The chief guest will unfurl the tricolour, followed by Marchpast in which contingents of JKP, JKAP, CRPF, NCC, Fire & Emergency Services and students of various school shall participate.The Deputy Commissioner asked the officers of R&B, PHE, PDD, Information Department, Youth Services & Sports, Education, Health Services & Municipal Committee, to ensure necessary arrangements for the celebration.
