Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Friday said his government was formulating a new policy for the power sector in the state, entailing tapping of more solar power and benefits for micro, small and medium enterprises.The BJP government was also working on ways to reduce the losses of power utility companies in Haryana, which had since mounted to Rs.30,000 crore, to ensure uninterrupted power supply to consumers.He was speaking at the golden jubilee celebrations of Gurgaon Industrial Association here.He said a scheme had been prepared to provide round-the-clock power supply to Gurgaon residents. A task force had been constituted for studying and sorting out the problems faced by Gurgaon residents, he added.
