Indian Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar said he will be leaving for the US on Friday to attend a meeting on climate change, ahead of the Paris conference in December."Tomorrow (Friday), I am leaving for the US to participate in Paris Business Dialogue, Major Economies Forum and Climate Action Discussion. This is an important tool in the build-up to Paris (conference)," the minister said in a statement on Thursday.He said India will put across its stand on "climate justice, lifestyle, finance technology and long-term and short-term goals", adding many countries were appreciating what India was "talking" and "doing".The 21st session of the conference of the parties (CoP-21) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change will be held in Paris from November 30 to December 11.The conference needs to achieve a new international agreement on climate, applicable to all countries, with the aim of keeping global warming below 2 degree Celsius.
